I just read an article about a company that sends 3-5 emails per week to their email list and their newsletter readers couldn't be happier.
Their free newsletter subscribers are buying more often and the company is saving gobs of money that they had previously spent on expensive print advertisements. Amazing!
While I don't advocate sending loads of emails to your list each week, there is a reason why this is working so well for this company: their communication is relevant to their readers and they deliver an experience that is qualitatively different from their competitors.
You can learn to do this too.
