Resource: How to Blog to Expand Your Business
Want to learn how to use a blog in your marketing materials to share your message with the world? If you love to write, share resources, tips, strategies or synthesize information in your expertise, this may be a great tool for you. Here's how I learned everything I needed to know to get started with my own blog in about an hour.
I recommend Robert Middleton's interview of Pamela Slim of EscapeCubicalNation.com, called the "Secrets of Attracting More Business Through Blogging." In this interview, Middleton interviews Slim on how she attracts 75% of her business through her blog.
I bought this MP3 recording for $29 and it was well worth the investment. I learned a lot and the resource sheet it comes with it such a time-saver. I'm now clear how often I need to post, where my blog needs to be "listed," what exactly to write about, how to get attract business and publicity online using my blog and much more. I've just started taking this medium seriously and I'm having SO MUCH FUN. When done right, as Middleton puts it, "it's like electronic networking on steriods." (Perfect for a gal like me who lives in the country and doesn't like attending networking functions)
If you're at all curious about blogging, what it's all about or if it's right for you, then invest in this interview (by the way, I get no kick backs). Learn the blog secrets to attracting the type of business you desire through the sharing of your ideas in this easy to use format that can be integrated into your marketing materials.
