Resource for Finding the Right Words

I love my Thesaurus. And I love my "Visual Thesarus."

If you write most days like I do, or just can't seem to find the right language when you do attempt to put pen to paper, then you know how wonderful it is to be able to look up a word and instantly find a half dozen alternatives that adds more bang.

When you're writing content for the web, a medium that moves at light speed, every word has to bring value to the piece and grab hold of your audience. Otherwise, you stand to lose them faster than you can type "click here."

For a paltry $20 a year, ThinkMap's VisualThesaurus.com will allow you to endlessly type in words and get multiple synonyms and a lot faster than looking it up in a book. (I still keep my Thesaurus in book form handy for when I can't get online. I live in the country and my connection can be sketchy.)

Whether you're writing a Google adword campaign or your next marketing piece, this online thesaurus is well worth giving a try. I love it!

Hope this helps!
